Skyelee Lamano was born on June 26, 1995. She trained at Olympus School of Gymnastics through the 2005 season. She then spent two years with GTC of Utah before returning to Olympus. She moved to Pinnacles Gymnastics in the fall of 2011. She moved to USA Gym World in March of 2012. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2005, Skyelee competed level six. She moved up to level seven in 2006. She competed level eight in 2007. She finished third all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. Skyelee placed third on vault at Regionals. Skyelee competed level ten in 2009. She finished fourth all-around at the Crystal Cup. At the Lady Luck Invitational, she placed third all-around. In 2010, Skyelee finished fourth on bars and floor at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Vegas Cup. She finished in the top twenty all-around at Regionals.

Skyelee continued competing level ten in 2011. She finished first on bars and second all-around at the Seattle Open. She placed third on beam at the Byers Invitational. She competed at Regionals. In 2012, Skylee finished first on vault and second on floor at the Lady Luck Invitational. She finished fourth all-around and second on beam at the State Championships.
