Micaela Lambeth was born on October 6, 1994. She trained at Silvia's Gymnastics in Pennsylvania.

In 2004, Micaela competed level five. She placed first on floor and fourth all-around at the Friendship Classic. At the State Championships, she finished second on beam, third on floor and third all-around. Micaela moved up to level six in 2005. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the Dutch Classic. At the State Championships, she placed second on vault, first on bars and third all-around. Micaela competed level nine in 2008. She finished fourth on floor at the State Championships. In 2009, she finished in the top ten at the Silvia Invitational and Capital Cup. At the State Championships, she finished in the top twenty. Micaela was the alternate for Easterns. In December, she competed as a level ten at the World Class Invitational.
