Danielle Landry was born on May 16, 1994. She trains at Auburn Gymnastics Center in Washington. She will graduate from high school in 2012.
In 2003, Danielle competed level four. She finished third on vault and fourth on floor at Sectionals. She moved up to level five in 2004. She finished sixth all-around at the Mystery Classic. In 2006, Danielle competed level seven. She won beam and the all-around at the Flips USA Invitational. At the All American Invitational, she placed second all-around. Danielle won beam, floor and the all-around at the Vegas Vacation meet. At the Region 2 Invitational, she won bars and placed second on floor.
Danielle moved up to level eight in 2007. She finished second on bars at the Lady Luck Invitational. She placed in the top twenty at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished fifth. She continued competing level eight in 2008. She placed second on vault at the National Judges Cup. At the State Championships, she finished third on vault and fourth on beam. She began competing level nine in 2009. She finished in the top ten at the Crystal Cup and Byers Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished in the top twenty. Danielle placed fifth all-around at Regionals. She ended her season at Westerns, finishing tenth.
She continued competing level nine in 2010. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the National Judges Cup. Danielle placed second all-around at the All American Invitational and Long Beach Open. At the State Championships, she placed second all-around and first on bars. At Regionals, she won beam, floor and the all-around. Danielle won Westerns! In 2011, Danielle finished third all-around at the MAC Open. She won all five gold medals at the Battle in Seattle. At the Byers Invitational, she won bars and the all-around. She placed first on bars and second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, Danielle won vault and the all-around. She placed first on vault, floor and the all-around ta Westerns! She also finished eighth on bars and fifth on beam.
