Haley Lange was born on July 28, 1994. She trained at Emerald City Gymnastics for several years. She moved to Gymnastics East following the 2006 season. She moved to Auburn Gymnastics Center in February of 2011. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2003, Haley competed level four. She finished fourth on bars at the Rainier Cup. In the fall of 2005, she competed level six. She won the all-around title at the State Championships! She also won floor. She finished second on vault and beam. She competed level seven in 2006. At the All American Invitational, she finished eleventh all-around. She finished thirteenth all-around at the Emerald Team Challenge. At the Level 7 State Championships, she placed third on beam and first on floor. She finished fourth all-around.

Haley began competing level eight in 2007. She placed third on beam at the Flips USA Invitational. At the Hard Rock Invitational, she won vault and finished second on floor and in the all-around. She also won vault at the Seattle Open. At the Great West Gym Fest, she placed second on vault. Haley won floor and placed second all-around at the Blooms and Blossoms meet. At the State Championships, she finished third all-around. She ended her season at Regionals. She finished second all-around. She placed third on vault and bars and second on beam.

She repeated level eight in 2008. She won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the Seattle Open. At the Vegas Cup, she won vault, floor and the all-around. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Great West Gymfest. She placed third all-around at the Battle in Seattle meet. At the State Championships, she finished second all-around. Her final level eight meet was Regionals. She won beam and finished second all-around.

In 2009, Haley competed level nine. She finished third on beam at the Surf City Classic. At the Gymnastics in Paradise meet, she won beam, floor and the all-around. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the Great West Gymfest. At the State Championships, she finished third on beam and fourth on floor. Haley won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at Regionals. She finished second on floor. She did not have her best meet at Level 9 Westerns.

Haley began competing level ten in 2010. She finished first on beam and second all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. Haley won vault at the Battle in Seattle and Return of the Titans. She placed third all-around at both meets. She only competed on vault and floor at the State Championships. Haley won vault! At Regionals, she placed fourth all-around. She finished third on vault and beam. Haley finished 25th all-around at JO Nationals. In 2011, Haley finished second on vault and beam at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She placed second on beam at the MAC Open. At the Byers Invitational, she placed second on vault. Haley also finished second on vault at the March Madness meet. At the State Championships, she placed second on vault. Haley finished third all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals.
