Haven Lanzador was born on March 9, 1999. She trained at Integrity Gymnastics until the summer of 2007. She then began training at Buckeye.

In 2007, Haven competed level five. She placed second all-around at the Super Challenge. At the State Championships, she placed second on bars and in the all-around In the fall, Haven won bars and beam at the State Championships. She continued competing level 5 in 2008. Haven won bars, beam and the all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. At the Fiesta Bowl Invitational, she swept the gold medals. Haven won bars at the Buckeye Classic. At the Luau in Leos Invitational, Haven won all five gold medals. She ended her season winning vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championship. In the fall, Haven made the National TOPs Team.

Haven competed level seven in 2009. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. At the Buckeye Classic, she won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. Haven won floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She made her second National TOPs Team later that year. She competed level eight in 2010. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the Universal Galaxy meet. Haven won beam at the For Love or Money meet. At the State Championships, she won bars and beam. She finished third all-around at Regionals. She placed second on beam. Following the level eight season, Haven qualified to hopes elite.
