Alexandra Lekson was born on April 27, 1993. She trains at Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy. She will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2001, Alexandra competed level four. She steadily moved through the levels reaching level seven in 2005. She finished third on vault at the Surf City Classic. She won bars at the Buckeye Classic. Alexandra moved up to level eight in 2006. She finished third on beam and sixth all-around at Regionals. In 2007, Alexandra began competing level nine. She won vault and beam at the Midwest Open. She placed third on beam at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished third on vault and beam. She finished sixth all-around. At Easterns, she finished 16th all-around.

Alexandra continued competing level nine in 2008. She won all five gold medals at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. At the State Championships, she won vault, beam and the all-around. Alexandra finished first on vault at Easterns. She placed sixth on bars and seventh all-around. In 2010, she competed level ten. She finished second on floor at the Universal Galaxy meet. She placed second on vault and beam at the Buckeye Classic. At the State Championships, she won vault. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals.
