Erica Len was born on October 2, 1997. She trains at Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta. In 2005, Erica participated in TOPs as an eight-year-old. She made the National "A" Team in 2006 and 2007!

Erica competed as a level seven in 2007. She won the all-around, vault and bars titles at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She also won the all-around at the Charleston Cup. Erica took home golds on beam and floor. At the WOGA Classic, she won vault. At the end of 2007, she competed at the Pan American Games for clubs. She finished third all-around. She also won bronze medals on vault, beam and floor.

She competed at one level eight meet before advancing to level nine for the 2008 season. She finished fourth all-around and first on floor at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. At the Gasparilla Classic, she won a silver medal on vault and a gold medal on beam. She finished fourth all-around. Erica won bars and placed second on floor at the IGI Chicago Style. At the National Gymnastics Challenge, she finished third on bars, beam and in the all-around. She won vault and floor. Erica did not compete all-around at States. She qualified to hopes at the Parkette Elite Qualifier. She competed at the US Challenge. Erica finished tenth overall.

Erica continued competing level ten in 2009. She finished second on vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the National Gymnastics Challenge. Erica finished fourth on bars at States. She won a bronze medal on floor at Regionals.
