Kristine Levin was born on May 20, 1994. She has an older sister, Kaitlyn, who competes level eight for Frisco Gymnastics. The girls trained at The Gymnastics Spot in Illinois before moving to WOGA following the 2006 season.

In 2003, Kristine competed level five. She qualified for the State Championships where she placed 30th out of 85. She moved up to level six in 2004 and level seven in 2005. Kristine competed level eight in 2006. She finished fourth all-around and first on bars at States. She qualified to Regionals as a member of the Illinois State Team.

She began competing level nine in 2008. She finished fourth all-around at the WOGA Classic and All Olympia Invitational. At the Texas Prime Meet, she took third on beam and floor. Kristine won bars and placed second on beam at States. She finished third all-around. At Regionals, Kristine won bars and placed second on vault. She moved up to level ten for the 2009 season. She finished third on floor at the Great West Gymfest. Kristine placed in the top ten at the Texas Prime Meet, WOGA Classic and Houston National Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished fifth all-around and third on floor. She ended her season by placing eleventh at Regionals.

Kristine placed third on bars and floor at the 2010 Houston National Invitational. She placed in the top ten at the State Championships. Kristine placed third all-around and first on bars at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished 15th all-around. She finished second all-around at the Houston National Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished sixth all-around. She placed third on floor and sixth all-around at Regionals.
