Tiffani Lewis was born on February 6, 1996. She trained at Salcianu Gymnastics before moving to Brown's Gymnastics Las Vegas after the 2004 season. Tiffani will graduate from high school in 2014.
In 2003, Tiffani competed level four. She won the all-around title at the Vegas Vacation meet. She moved up to level five in 2004. She won floor at the IGI Chicago Style. Tiffani competed level seven in 2005. She finished third all-around at the Hard Rock Invitational. She placed second on beam at both the California Classic and Gold Medal Invitational. At the State Championships, Tiffani placed second all-around. She moved up to level eight in 2006. Tiffani finished third all-around at the Cactus Cooler Invitational. She placed fifth all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.
Tiffani competed two level nine meets at the beginning of the 2007 season. She won beam at the Lady Luck Invitational. She then returned to level eight. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Ah! Meet. She finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. Tiffani placed sixth all-around at Regionals. She won floor. In 2008, Tiffani competed level nine. She won bars and floor at both the San Diego Classic and Hard Rock Invitational. Tiffani won bars, beam, and floor at the Battle in Seattle. She finished first on vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won bars and floor. She finished fifth all-around. Tiffani placed second on vault, third on bars and ninth all-around at Level 9 Westerns.
She began competing level ten in 2009. She won vault and bars at the Lady Luck Invitational. Tiffani finished 11th all-around at the State Championships. She placed third on bars, second on floor and fifth all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2010, Tiffani finished second all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. She won vault at the Wine County Classic and AOGC Invitational. At the Long Beach Open, she finished third all-around. Tiffani placed third all-around at the State Championships. She won bars and finished second all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed ninth on vault. She finished 30th all-around.
