Lloimincia Hall was born on January 27, 1993. She trained at Kurt Thomas Gymnastics through the 2006 season. She then spent two years with Metroplex Gymnastics. Lloimincia moved to Texas Dreams following the 2008 season. She graduated from high school in 2011.

In 2003, Lloimincia competed level seven. She won bars at the State Championships. She finished second all-around. She moved up to level eight in 2004. She finished third on floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on vault and fourth all-around. Lloimincia continued competing level eight in 2005. She won vault and floor at the Cancun Classic. At Regionals, she won vault! She finished fifth all-around. Lloimincia competed level nine in 2006. She finished second on vault at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. She placed fourth on beam at the State Championships and fourth on vault at Regionals.

Lloimincia continued competing level nine in 2007. She finished fourth all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed seventh all-around. She also finished seventh on vault and sixth on beam. Lloimincia moved up to level ten in 2008. She placed third on vault and beam at the WOGA Classic. She finished tenth at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third on vault. Lloimincia had a strong year in 2009. She finished third on bars at the WOGA Classic. She finished second all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished sixth on beam and fifth all-around.

She continued to have strong results in 2010. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. Lloimincia won bars, beam and the all-around at the Texas Prime meet. She won beam and the all-around at the WOGA Classic. Lloimincia won beam, floor and the all-around at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. She competed at the Nastia Liukin Cup. At Regionals, she won the all-around title. Lloimincia placed in the top ten on every event at JO Nationals. She placed second all-around, first on floor, sixth on vault, tenth on bars and ninth on beam! In 2011, Lloimincia won bars and the all-around at the Twistars Invitational. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the Texas Prime meet. Lloimincia won vault at the WOGA Classic. At the Purple and Gold meet, she placed first on beam, floor and the all-around. Lloimincia won beam and the all-around at the State Championships. She won floor and the all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fifth on bars, fifth on floor and ninth all-around!

As a freshman at LSU in 2012, Lloimincia competed in the all-around. She won floor at the SEC Championships, earning first-team All-SEC honors and Freshman All-SEC honors. She earned second-team All-American honors on floor. She earned ten individual titles including seven on floor, two in the all-around and one on vault. She earned SEC Freshman of the Week after winning the all-around at a tri-meet with Auburn and NC State. She was on the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll. In 2013, Lloimincia earned regular season first-team All-American honors on floor. She earned second-team All-American honors on floor at the NCAA Championships. Lloimincia defended her floor title at the SEC Championships to earn All-SEC honors. She scored two perfect 10.0s on floor at Missouri and against Alabama. She won ten floor titles in 2013 including the NCAA Regional title. Lloimincia earned SEC Gymnast of the Week after tying her career high in the all-around against Florida. She also earned SEC Specialist of the Week. She earned NACGC/W Scholastic All-American honors and a spot on the SEC Academic Honor Roll. Lloimincia competed as the beam leadoff and floor anchor in 2014 in addition to seeing action on vault. She earned regular season first-team All-American honors on floor. She scored three perfect tens on floor. She won eight floor titles, one beam title and one vault title. She received SEC Specialist of the Week. She was on the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
