Jasmine Lipka was born on May 12, 1989. She trained at Arctic Gymnastics during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2007.

In 2003, Jasmine competed level ten. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2004, she finished third on beam at the Sweetheart Invitational. She competed at JO Nationals where she placed sixth on floor. She finished 21st all-around. In 2006, Jasmine finished second on beam and fourth all-around at Regionals. She placed tenth on beam at JO Nationals. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the Gymnastics in Paradise meet. Jasmine finished third all-around at Regionals. She did not compete on floor at JO Nationals.

As a freshman at Sac State in 2008, Jasmine exhibitioned on vault and beam. During her sophomore season, she competed on floor in nine meets. She exhibitioned once on bars. In 2010, Jasmine competed on bars, beam and floor. She competed in all eleven meets. She won floor twice and beam once.
