Haily Luong was born on May 2, 1994. She trained at Metroplitan Gymnastics through the 2005 season. She then trained at N.A.S.A. She competed for Max for a few meets in 2007 before joining Leading Edge Gymnastics Academy. She moved to Auburn Gymnastics after the 2010 season. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2002, Haily competed level five. She finished fourth on bars at the Mystery Classic. She made the Diamond National TOPs Team. Haily moved up to level seven in 2003. She competed at the Rainier Cup. She began competing level eight in 2004. She finished first on vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Mystery Classic. In 2005, Haily won bars and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed sixth on beam. Haily moved up to level nine in 2006. She won beam at the Pajama Classic. She also won the balance beam title at Regionals.

Haily continued competing level nine in 2007. She won beam at the Seattle Open. At Regionals, she placed seventh all-around. She competed at Westerns. In 2008, Haily placed third on beam at the National Judges Cup. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the 2009 Great West Gym Fest. She won vault and the all-around at the Emerald Team Challenge. Haily finished first on beam and third all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed third on vault, beam and the all-around. She also finished fifth on floor.

She began competing level ten in 2010. She won floor at the State Championships. She placed second on bars. At Regionals, she won beam and the all-around. Haily competed at JO Nationals. In 2011, Haily finished fifth all-around at the MAC Open. She placed fourth on beam at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third on beam. Hailey competed at JO Nationals.
