Natalie Manga was born on May 22, 1992. She trains at Nina's Gymnastics Center in New York. She graduated from high school in 2010. Natalie plans to attend a community college for a year before transferring.
In 2005, Natalie won the all-around title at the State Championships as a level six. She moved up to level seven in 2006. She finished second on floor and the all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. Natalie moved up to level eight in 2007. She won vault and floor at the Team Challenge. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, Natalie placed first on bars and floor. She finished second all-around.
Natalie began competing level nine in 2008. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the Team Challenge. She won all five gold medals at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished first all-around. Natalie placed fifth on bars and fourth on floor at Easterns. She finished 23rd all-around. She continued competing level nine in 2009. She finished first on bars and floor at the Heartland Spring Classic. She placed third all-around at both the Battle of the Champions and Team Challenge. At the State Championships, she won bars, floor and the all-around. Natalie won the all-around title at Regionals. She won beam, floor and the all-around at Easterns. She finished second on vault and fourth on beam. She competed level ten in 2010. She finished tenth all-around at Regionals. Natalie placed second on floor at the JO National Invitational Tournament.
