Caitlin Mann was born on September 18, 1992. She trained at Tumbleweeds through the 2009 season. She then trained at Gymnastics World East. She returned to Tumbleweeds after the 2010 State Championships. Caitlin will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2003, Caitlin competed level six. She competed at the State Championships, winning beam and the all-around. She immediately began competing level seven in 2004. She won beam at the San Diego Classic. At the Shamrock Invitational she won vault. Caitlin placed third all-around at the State Championships. In 2005, she finished first on bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the California Classic and Winter Classic. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the Shamrock Invitational. At the State Championships, Caitlin won beam, floor and the all-around.

Caitlin moved up to level eight in 2006. She finished second all-around at the Winter Sun Invitational. At the Fiesta Bowl Invitational, she won bars. Caitlin won beam and floor at the Surf City Classic. She won the all-around title at the California Classic. At the State Championships, she won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. Caitlin placed first on beam and floor at Regionals. She competed level nine in 2007. She finished first all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the California Classic, she won floor. Caitlin placed first on bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second all-around and first on floor, Caitlin placed third on bars, sixth on beam and eleventh all-around at Westerns.

Caitlin began competing level ten in 2008. She placed second on beam and floor at the Winter Sun Invitational. At the Fiesta Bowl Invitational, she finished third on floor. She also finished third on floor at the California Classic. Caitlin won bars and placed third all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2009, Caitlin won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Mardi Gras Challenge. She finished second all-around at the Kim Bird Invitational. Caitlin did not compete on floor at the State CHampionships. She finished ninth all-around at Regionals.

In 2010, Caitlin placed second all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She won all five gold medals at the Jessica Kleya Memorial Invitational. She placed second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, Caitlin finished second all-around and first on bars. She competed at JO Nationals. Caitlin opened the 2011 season with a second place finish at the National Judges Cup. She also placed second all-around at the Arizona Grand Invitational. Caitlin then won vault, beam and the all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational with a 38.275. She won all five gold medals at the Classic Rock Invitational, scoring a 38.475. She finished eighth all-around at the Nastia Liukin Cup.
