Savannah Maradiaga was born on February 9, 1997. Her older sister, Ciara, is a gymnast at Centenary. Savannah trains at Texas East Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2015.

In the fall of 2005, Savannah competed level five. She moved up to level six in the fall of 2006. She placed first on bars and second all-around at the State Championships. She competed level seven in 2008. She won bars at the State Championships. In 2009, Savannah competed level eight. She finished second on beam and floor at the Rose City Classic. She competed at Regionals. Savannah continued competing level eight in 2010. She finished first on beam at the Ricky Deci Invitational. She won bars at the Lady Luck Invitational. At the Gumbo Cup, she won bars and beam. Savannah finished third on beam and floor at the WOGA Classic. At the Rose City Classic, she won floor. Savannah won bars at the State Championships. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals.

Savannah competed level nine in 2011. She won bars at the Tiger Classic. At the Rose City Classic, she placed first on bars and third all-around. She finished third on beam at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed fourth on beam.
