Anna Marema was born on February 24, 1998. She trained at American Institute through the 2005 season. She moved to Midwest, which merged with Phenom after the 2006 season. She will graduate from high school in 2016.

In 2005, Anna competed level four. She finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. She competed level five in 2006. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. Anna moved up to level seven in 2007. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. In 2008, she won bars, beam and the all-around at the Bravo Classic. She won bars and the all-around at the For Love or Money meet. At the Cupid's Twist Invitational, she won vault. Anna won bars at both the Gasparilla Classic and Flip'r Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed second all-around.

Anna moved up to level eight for the 2009 season. She placed fourth all-around at the Bravo Classic. She won bars at the For Love or Money meet. She finished first on bars at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. Anna competed level nine in 2010. She won bars at the Bravo Classic. She placed second all-around at the For Love or Money meet. At the Arena Classic, she won floor. She placed second on floor at the State Championships. Anna won vault and bars at Regionals. She placed third all-around. She competed at Easterns. Anna moved up to level ten in 2011. She finished third on bars and beam at the Bravo Classic. She finished third on bars at the Midwest Open. At the State Championships, Anna placed second on bars and the all-around. She finished ninth all-around at Easterns.
