Meghan McCaskey was born on May 7, 1994. She trained at Dallas Gymnastics Center until the gym closed in 2007. She then moved to Kurt Thomas. Meghan has competed with Top Flight Gymnastics since the 2010 season. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2006, Meghan competed level seven. She won a silver medal on uneven bars at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2007. Meghan qualified to the Regional Championships. She continued competing level eight in 2008. She did not compete in 2009.

Meghan competed level nine in 2010. She won vault at the Winter Cup Challenge. She placed third on floor at the Metroplex Challenge. She finished second on vault at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. Meghan won vault, floor and the all-around at the Rose City Classic. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished first on vault and second all-around. She competed at Westerns. In 2011, Meghan finished third all-around and first on vault at the Alamo Classic. At Regionals, she placed second on bars, third on beam and fifth all-around. She competed at Westerns. Meghan moved up to level ten in 2012. She competed on beam at the Rose City Classic.
