Camryn McPherson was born on September 8, 1999. She trains at Gym America in Michigan.
In 2007, Camryn competed level four. She won floor and the all-around at the Tulip City Invitational. She finished third at the Motown Madness. Camryn moved up to level five in 2008. She placed third all-around at the Motown Madness. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the All American Classic and Cereal City Classic. In 2009, Camryn competed level seven. She won bars at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Wolverine Classic, she won floor and the all-around. Her final meet was the State Championships, where she placed first on bars and floor. She placed second all-around. In the fall, she made the National TOPs Team.
Camryn competed level nine in 2010. She placed third all-around at the Battle of Champions and Universal Invite. At the Fiesta Bowl Invitational, she won vault, floor and the all-around. Camryn finished in the top fifteen at State. At Regionals, she placed fourth all-around. She ended her season at Easterns. Camryn is training for hopes.
