Nicole Meiller was born on June 1, 1991. She trained at American Institute of Gymnastics through the 2004 season. She then moved to Midwest Academy which merged with Phenom after the 2006 season. Nicole graduated from high school in 2009.

In 2000, Nicole competed level five. She finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. She competed level eight in 2002. She placed fourth on floor at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. Nicole qualified to Regionals again in 2003. In 2004, Nicole competed level nine. She placed second on bars at the Bravo Classic. Nicole finished second all-around at the 2005 State Championships. She began competing level ten in 2006. She competed at Regionals. Nicole continued competing level ten in 2007. In 2008, she won bars at the Gasparilla Classic. She also won bars at Regionals. Nicole placed in the top fifteen at Regionals in 2009.

As a freshman at Sac State in 2010, Nicole competed on vault and bars throughout the season. She qualified to the NCAA West Regional as a vault specialist. Nicole continued competing on vault and bars in 2011.
