Kristin Meyers was born on March 14, 1993. She trained at Shoot for the Stars Gymnastics through the 2005 season. She then moved to Edge Gymnastics. Kristin will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2005, Kristin finished second on beam at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2006. She finished fifth all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational in 2007. She finished the season as a level nine. She placed in the top ten at the State Championships. Kristin continued competing level nine in 2008. She finished eleventh all-around at Regionals. in 2009, Kristin finished second on vault at the Lady Luck Invitational. She won vault at the IGI Chicago Style and placed third all-around at the California Classic.

Kristin finished the season as a level ten. She finished third on bars at the Pink Ribbon Invitational. She competed on bars and beam only at Regionals. In 2010, Kristin finished first on vault and bars at the Missouri Winter Games. She won floor at the Tim Rand Invitational. At Regionals, she placed third all-around. Kristin finished her season at JO Nationals.
