Diandra Milliner was born on October 18, 1992. She began gymnastics at the age of six. She trained at Folger's Gymnastics for her whole career.
In 2004, Diandra competed level eight. She beat out more then half of her competitors at Regionals. She moved up to level nine in 2005 and level ten in 2006. At Regionals, she finished in the top fifteen. Diandra continued to improve in 2007. She qualified for her first JO National Championships. In 2008, Diandra won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at Regionals. She ended her season at JO Nationals, placing second on bars and fifth all-around.
She had a very strong 2009 season. She won the all-around at the Pink Ribbon Invitational, Texas Prime Meet and National Gymnastics Challenge. At States, she won vault, bars, beam and floor. She placed fourth all-around at Regionals. She ended her season with a second place finish at JO Nationals. She won vault. In 2010, Diandra scored a ten on vault at the New Years Invitational. She won the all-around at the Cereal City Classic, qualifying for the Nastia Liukin Cup. At this meet, she won vault and floor and placed third all-around. At Regionals, she won vault, bars and floor. Diandra ended her season winning vault and floor at JO Nationals. She was supposed to graduate from Maize High School in the spring of 2011, but will instead graduate early to join the University of Alabama's gymnastics team!
