McKenna Mullins was born on October 3, 2007. She trains at Galaxy in New York. She will graduate from high school in 2025.

McKenna began competing as a level three in 2015. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She finished in the first on vault and fourth all-around at the 2016 State Championships. She competed level four in 2017. She finished in the third all-around at the State Championships. McKenna competed level five in 2018. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level six for the 2019 season. She placed third on vault at the State Championships. She won the all-around at the 2020 Manhattan Classic and Heartland Spring Classic as a level seven.

McKenna moved up to level nine in 2022. She won the all-around at the Cirque de Galaxy meet. She placed third all-around at the Magical Classic. She finished fourth all-around and first on vault at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on vault, third on beam, third on floor and fourth all-around. She competed at Easterns. McKenna competed one level ten meet during the 2022-2023 season, placing second all-around at the Balloon Classic. During the 2023-2024 season, McKenna finished second all-around at the Syracuse Sports Fest and Saratoga Winterfest. She finished third all-around at the Magical Classic. She won vault and beam at the State Championships. She won the all-around at Regionals. She competed at Level 10 Nationals.
