Taylor Moyer was born on November 29, 1993. She trained at AJS Pancott through the 2005 season. She then moved to Silvia's Gymnastics. Taylor returned to AJS Pancott after the 2010 season. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2005, Taylor competed level six. She won vault and the all-around at the State Championships. She competed level nine in 2008. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. Taylor began competing level ten in 2009. She finished fourth all-around at the Silvia Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed third on floor. She competed at Regionals. In 2010, Taylor finished fourth on vault at the Maryland Classic. She won floor at the WOGA Classic. Taylor placed third on floor at the Pink Invitational. She finished sixth all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.

Taylor continued competing level ten in 2011. She finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. She placed seventh all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals.
