Kristin Nagle was born on March 15, 1992. She trained at Farmington Gymnastics during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2010.

In 2005, Kristin competed level eight. She finished in the top ten at the Surf City Classic. In 2006, Kristin won bars, floor and the all-around at the Surf City Classic. Kristin moved up to level nine in 2007. She competed at Regionals. In 2008, Kristin finished second on floor at Regionals. She qualified to Easterns.

Kristin began competing level ten in 2009. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the Twistars Invitational. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won floor. In 2010, Kristin won all five gold medals at the Winterfest. At the Wolverine Classic, she won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. Kristin finished fourth on floor at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.
