Elizabeth Nand was born on September 16, 1996. She will graduate from high school in 2014.
In 2005, Elizabeth competed level four with American Gymnastics in New Jersey. She won beam and floor at the Parkette Invitational. She finished second all-around. She won beam at the Maryland Classic. She moved to North Stars Gymnastics in the fall. She competed level six in December. In 2008, Elizabeth began competing level eight. She won vault, bars and floor at the Capital Cup. At the State Championships, she won the uneven bars title, setting the state record!
Elizabeth began competing level nine in 2009. She finished second on vault and third on floor at the Brestyan Invitational. She placed third on vault at the Parkette Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished in the top fifteen all-around. Elizabeth also finished in the top fifteen at the Regional Championships. In 2010, Elizabeth finished third all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She won beam and the all-around at the Excalibur Cup. At the State Championships, she placed in the top ten. Elizabeth finished fourth all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, Elizabeth placed fifth on bars and fourth on beam and in the all-around.
Elizabeth began competing level ten in the 2010-2011 season. She opened her level ten career by winning floor and the all-around at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet.
