Courtney Napoli was born on September 14, 1994. She trained at California Elite Sports Center. She moved to Wildfire Gymnastics following the 2005 season.

In 2002, Courtney competed level five. She won bars and finished second on floor at the State Championships. She competed level seven in 2004. She finished fourth all-around at the California Classic. She continued competing level seven in 2005. At the San Diego Classic, she finished second on bars and in the all-around at the San Diego Classic. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the Vegas Vacation meet. Courtney then won beam, floor and the all-around at the California Classic. She ended her season with a fourth place finish on bars at States.

Courtney competed her final year of level seven in 2006. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Spirals Invitational. At the AOGC Invitational, she won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. She won the all-around title at the State Championships! Courtney moved up to level eight for the 2007 season. At the IGHOF Invitational, she won bars. She finished fourth all-around. She won a bronze medal on beam at the Long Beach Open. At the California Classic, she won beam and finished second all-around. She placed in the top ten all-around at States. At Regionals, she won a bronze medal on vault. She finished fifth all-around.

She repeated level eight in 2008. At the Spirals Invitational, she won bars and the all-around. She won floor at the Surf City Classic. At the Heart of a Champion Invitational, she swept the gold medals. She won bars at the Top Flight Invitational. At States, she finished fourth all-around. Courtney ended her season with a second place finish on beam at Regionals. She moved up to level nine in 2009. Courtney started her season by winning the Surf City Classic. She finished fourth all-around at the Long Beach Open. At the Heart of a Champion Invitational, she finished third on floor. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Glider Invitational. At States, she won vault, floor and the all-around. Courtney placed third all-around at Regionals. She finished second on vault and floor. She ended her season at Westerns where she won floor and the all-around! She also placed third on vault and bars and fourth on beam. She retired following the season.
