Morganne Neaville was born on July 7, 1997. She trains at Starlight Gymnastics in Florida.

In 2004, Morganne competed Level four in 2004. She competed at States. She competed at the JAX Winter Classic as a level six in 2006. She began competing level seven in 2007. She placed third all-around at the Daytona Beach Open. Morganne finished third on beam at the Charleston Cup. At the Atlanta Crown Invitational, she placed fourth on bars and floor. Morganne won vault at the Go For It Classic. She won floor and placed second on vault at the Buckeye Classic. At States, she finished sixth all-around. She placed fourth on floor and third on vault.

She moved up to level eight in 2008. She competed at the WOGA Classic. At the Sand Dollar Invitational, she finished second on bars and fourth all-around. Morganne again placed fourth all-around at the Mardi Gras Invitational. She won a bronze medal on vault. At the Tampa Bay Classic, she finished sixth all-around. Morganne won the State Floor Title. At Regionals, she placed second on bars and in the all-around. She won vault and floor.

She began competing level nine in 2009. She placed third on bars and second on beam at the Battle of the Champions. She finished fourth all-around. She won a bronze medal on bars at the Tim Rand Invitational. She placed second on floor at States. She ended her season at Regionals.
