Anne Marie Neggia was born on July 27, 1997. She trains at North Stars Gymnastics in Boonton, New Jersey. Anne Marie will graduate from high school in 2015.

In 2005, Anne Marie competed level four. She finished fourth all-around and second on floor at the Dutch Classic. She moved up to level five in 2006. She finished third on floor at the Parkette Invitational. Anne Marie placed third on bars at the Parkette Invitational as a level six in 2007. In 2008, she moved up to level seven. She finished third on bars at the Parkette Invitational. Anne Marie won bars at the State Championships.

Anne Marie competed level eight in 2009. She finished fourth all-around at the Parkette Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished fourth all-around and first on bars, setting a new state record. At Regionals, she placed fourth all-around, second on bars and third on floor. She began competing level nine in 2010. She finished second at the Parkette Invitational. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Pancott Invitational. Anne Marie finished sixth at the State Championships. She finished seventh at Regionals.
