Olivia Neistat was born on July 19, 1996. She trains at New England Gymnastics Express. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

She began competing as a level four in 2005. In 2007, Olivia competed level five at the Northeast Invite. She won vault. She moved up to level six, winning bars at the American Flyers Cup. In 2008, Olivia competed level seven. She won vault and floor at the American Flyers Cup. Olivia moved up to level eight in 2009. She finished second all-around at the American Flyers Cup. She qualified to Regionals.

Olivia began competing level nine in 2010. She finished fourth on bars at the IGI Chicago Style. She placed second on bars at the State Championships. She earned the alternate spot for Easterns at Regionals. In 2011, Olivia finished second on bars at the Parkette Invitational. She placed second on vault at the Daytona Beach Open. At the State Championships, she finished second all-around. Olivia won vault at Regionals. She qualified for Easterns.
