Sarah Neumann was born on February 20, 1994. She trains at Twin City Twisters. Sarah will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2006, Sarah competed level eight. She had a strong performance at the IGI Chicago Style. Sarah moved up to level nine in 2007. She competed at the Go For It Classic. She qualified to Westerns after finishing eleventh all-around at Regionals. Sarah continued competing level nine in 2008. She won bars and the all-around at the Gopher Women's Invitational. At Regionals, she won bars. She placed third on vault and fourth all-around. She competed at Westerns.

Sarah moved up to level ten in 2009. She competed on balance beam only at Regionals. In 2010, Sarah competed on beam only at the State Championships. She opened the 2010-2011 season at the Peppermint Twist, competing on all four events. At the IGI Chicago Style, she placed second on beam and floor. She finished first all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. At the Rising Stars Invitational, she placed second on beam. Sarah finished ninth all-around at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed fourth on beam.
