Nicole Turner was born on February 1, 1994. She trained at Sunbelt Gymnastics through the 2006 season. She then trained at Texas Dreams in Coppell, Texas. She moved to Metroplex in the summer of 2010. In the fall of 2011, Nicole began training at Top Flight. She will graduate from high school in 2012.
In 2005, Nicole competed level seven. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the California Classic. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2006. She finished fourth on bars at Regionals. In 2007, Nicole competed level nine. She finished eleventh all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, Nicole placed eighth on vault and bars, third on beam and second all-around! She continued competing level nine in 2008. She won bars at the State Championships. At Regionals, Nicole won beam, floor and the all-around. She finished first on vault, eighth on beam, fifth on floor and third all-around at Westerns.
Nicole moved up to level ten in 2009. She finished first on beam and floor at the state Championships. She placed third all-around. Nicole finished eleventh all-around at Regionals. In 2010, she won vault and floor at the Texas Prime meet. She placed first all-around at the Nadia Comaneci Invitational. At the Kurt Thomas Invitational, she won bars. Nicole won the all-around title at the State Championships. In 2011, Nicole finished first on beam and floor at the Metroplex Challenge. She placed second all-around and first on vault at the WOGA Classic. At the Alamo Classic, she won bars. She placed third all-around and first on floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on floor.
