Kasey Pagani was born on December 22, 1993. She trained at Gym of Ohio through the 2003 season. She then moved to Westside Gymnastics for one year before moving to Flytz USA. After the head coach left, she trained at Olympic Dreams for the 2006 season before moving to Gymnastics World in Ohio. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2003, Kasey competed level seven. She moved up to level eight in 2004. She qualified to Regionals. In 2005, Kasey finished fourth all-around at the TOPS Super Challenge. She placed third on vault at the Gasparilla Classic. Kasey won beam at the IGI Chicago Style. She moved up to level nine in 2007. Kasey finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. In 2007, she won floor at the State Championships. She placed third all-around.

Kasey began competing level ten in 2008. She won floor at the Stars and Stripes Invitational. She placed second on floor at the IGI Chicago Style. At Regionals, she finished ninth all-around. in 2009, Kasey won floor at the Rock-n-Roll Classic. She finished eighth all-around at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed fifth on vault and fourth on beam. In 2010, Kasey finished third all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular and second all-around at the Rock-n-Roll Classic. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. She finished third all-around at the Buckeye Classic. Kasey won vault at the State Championships. She finished second all-around. At Regionals, she finished eleventh all-around. Kasey competed at the JO National Invitational Tournament.
