McKenna Page was born on December 30, 1992. Her brother, Tanner, was a member of the Junior National Trampoline Team. They both train at Gymnastics East in Washington.
In 2003, McKenna competed level four. She finished fourth on vault at the Mystery Classic. She moved up to level five in 2004. She competed at the Mystery Classic. in 2005, McKenna competed level six. She finished third on bars at the Cancun Classic. She competed level seven in 2006. She finished fourth all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. She placed second on beam and third on vault and bars.
McKenna competed level eight in 2007. She competed at the Seattle Open and Hard Rock Invitational. She qualified to States and Regionals. She continued competing level eight in 2008. In 2009, McKenna moved up to level nine. She finished fourth all-around at the Surf City Classic. She placed second all-around at the Gymnastics in Paradise meet. She won uneven bars. At the Great West Gym Fest, she won beam and placed second all-around. She finished twelfth all-around at States. At Regionals, she won vault and beam. She finished third all-around. She ended her season at Westerns where she placed in the top twenty. In 2010, McKenna competed her final year as a level nine. She won beam at the San Dollar Invitational. She finished first on beam and in the all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed fifth on bars, third on beam and sixth all-around.
