Nicole Palmer was born on December 10, 1997. She trains at Everest Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2016.
In 2006, Nicole competed level four. She placed second on vault, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level five in 2007. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. Nicole competed level six in 2008. She won all five gold medals at the Judges Cup. At the Shooting Stars Invitational, she placed first on vault and bars. At the Turkey Tumble, she finished first on vault, bars, beam and the all-around. Nicole placed first on bars at the State Championships.
Nicole immediately began competing level seven in 2009. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the Hilton Head Island Invitational. At the Tiger Paw Invitational, she won all five gold medals. Nicole won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the Charleston Cup. She placed first on vault and second all-around at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Invitational, she placed sixth all-around. In 2010, she finished first all-around at both the Flip Fest Invitational and Tiger Paw Classic. At the Charleston Cup, she won vault, bars, floor and the all-around. She placed first on vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Invitational, she won bars and floor.
Nicole moved up to level eight in 2010. She finished first on vault and the all-around at the Flip Fest Invitational. At the Tiger Paw Classic, she won vault, bars, floor and the all-around. She won all five gold medals at the Excalibur Cup. Nicole won vault, floor and the all-around at the Charleston Cup. At the National Gymnastics Challenge, she finished first on vault, beam, floor and the all-around. Nicole won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She finished first all-around at Regionals, bringing her season all-around title count to eight.
