Samantha Partyka was born on August 6, 1996. Her brother Justin also is a gymnast. Samantha trains at Champion Gymnastics in Katy, Texas.

In 2006, Samantha competed level six. She finished third on floor and fifth all-around at the State Championships. In 2008, Samantha placed first on vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the Ricky Deci Invitational as a level seven. She then moved up to level eight. She placed third on beam at the Rose City Classic. At the State Championships, she placed in the top twenty. At Regionals, she finished second all-around. She won bars.

Samantha competed level nine in 2009. She won the Ricky Deci Invitational. At the Texas Prime meet, she placed second on floor. She won bars at the Great West GymFest. At the Rose City Classic, she swept the gold medals. Samantha placed second all-around with a 38.425 at the State Championships. She won floor. At Regionals, she placed second on vault and bars. A fall on beam left her just short of qualifying for Westerns.

She moved up to level ten in 2010. She finished second all-around at the Ricky Deci Invitational. She won the State Qualifier. At the Houston National Invitational, she finished second all-around. Samantha placed fifth all-around at State. She placed second on bars. At Regionals, she finished first on bars and second all-around. She placed sixth all-around at JO Natioanls. She also finished in the top ten on vault and floor. After the level ten season, Samantha qualified to junior international elite. She also qualified for the US National Championships.
