Meghan Pflieger was born on June 15, 1995. She trains at Valley Gymnastics in New Hartford, New York. She will graduate high school in 2013.

In 2007, Meghan competed as a level eight. At Level 8 Regionals, she placed sixth on bars. 2008 was Meghan’s first year as a level nine gymnast and competed at Regionals and Easterns. In 2009, Meghan competed a second year as a level nine. She won the all-around at the Regionals meet placing first on bars, 1st on beam, and 2nd on floor. At Level 9 Easterns, Meghan was the uneven bar champion! She placed second all-around and took second on beam and floor also.

Meghan moved to level ten in 2010. She placed first all-around at the Pinky Stone and Leatherstocking Invitational. For the 2011 season, Meghan was the Section III high school champion for the third consecutive year. She placed 2nd on the floor at the NYSPHAA State Meet. She placed first all-around at the Leatherstocking Invitational. She competed at the Regional meet and placed third on beam. She placd fifth on beam and 23rd all-around at JO Nationals with a 36.825.
