Jaime Pisani was born on December 18, 1989. She trained at North Star Gymnastics during her club career.
In 2002, Jaime competed level nine. She won a bronze medal on floor at States. Jaime moved up to level ten in 2003. She finished tenth all-around at Regionals. Jaime qualified to Regionals again in 2004. In 2005, she finished second all-around at the Dutch Classic. At Regionals, she finished fourth all-around. Jaime won bronze medals on vault and bars. She then competed at her first JO National Championships where she placed fifth on vault. Jaime missed the 2006 season.
She returned in 2007, winning bars, beam and the all-around at the Brestyan Invitational. At States, she won vault, bars, floor and the all-around. In 2008, Jaime won the all-around, vault, beam and floor at States. She set state records on vault and in the all-around. A month later, Jaime won vault and floor at Regionals. She finished third all-around. Her final club meet was the JO National Championships. She placed second all-around and second on vault. This qualified her for the JO National Team.
As a freshman at Arkansas, Jaime made an immediate impact. She earned All-American honors on vault, bars and on floor. She won a total of 13 event titles including six on vault and two in the all-around. She was awarded SEC Freshman of the Week twice. Jaime was also an NACGC/W All-Academic honoree. In 2010, Jaime earned first-team All-American honors on vault and floor. She earned second-team All-American honors in the all-around. Jaime was a second-team All-SEC floor honoree. She won eighteen individual event titles through the season, including two all-around titles, six vault titles, one bar title and nine floor titles. She earned a spot on the SEC Academic Honor Roll and SEC Community Service Team. During her junior season in 2011, Jaime won the all-around nine times, including victories against Alabama, Georgia and Florida. She won vault four times, bars three times, beam once and floor eleven times. Jaime won floor at the NCAA Regional Championships. She earned SEC Gymnast of the Week twice. Jaime was named South Central Regional Gymnast of the Year. She earned first-team All-American honors on floor. She earned second-team All-American honors on beam and in the all-around. Jaime also earned second-team All-SEC honors on vault. She earned a spot on the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
