Zoe Plummer was born on June 1, 2009. She trains at Cedar Valley Gymnastics Academy (CVGA) in Iowa. She will graduate from high school in 2027.

Zoe began competing as a level three for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. She moved up to level four in 2017. She finished second on beam and floor at the State Championships. As a level five in 2018, she placed third on beam at the State Championships. Zoe moved up to level seven for the abbreviated in 2020 season. In 2021, she finished second on beam and third on floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on floor and third all-around.

Zoe moved up to level eight in 2022. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Cedar Valley Classic. She won floor at the Harley Davidson meet, Crown Challenge and Winter Wonderland meet. Zoe finished third on beam, third on floor and fourth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third on beam and sixth all-around. In 2023, Zoe finished second all-around at the Chow's Winter Classic. She won all five gold medals at the Cedar Valley Classic. She won beam and floor at the Harley Davidson meet. At the State Championships, Zoe placed second on vault, third on floor and third all-around. She represented Team Iowa St Regionals.

Zoe began competing level nine in 2024. Zoe finished first on floor and second all-around at the Chow's Winter Classic. She won beam and floor at the Cedar Valley Classic. She won beam at the Northern Lights Classic. At the State Championships, she finished first on floor and third on beam. She also placed first on floor and third on beam at Regionals. She ended her season at Westerns, winning floor.
