Cassandra Quebral was born on August 29, 1994. She trains at GymStars Gymnastics in Stockton, California. She will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2002, Cassandra competed level four. She won bars and placed second all-around at the Reach for the Stars meet. She moved up to level five in 2003. She finished third on bars and beam at the Pumpkin Caper. Cassandra placed second all-around at the Zone Championships. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. She qualified to National TOPs Testing. In 2004, Cassandra won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. In the fall, she finished first on vault and floor at the Zone Championships. At the State Championships, she placed second on floor and the all-around.

Cassandra competed level six in the fall of 2005. She won floor and the all-around at the Zone Championships. She placed 15th at the State Championships. Cassandra competed level seven in the spring fo 2007. She placed second all-around at the Golden State Classic. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the Novato Classic. She finished tenth at the State Championships. She began competing level eight in 2008. She finished first on floor at the Golden Gate Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at the Clovis Classic. Cassandra won floor at the Mardi Gras Invitational and vault at the Golden State Classic. At the State Championships, she finished sixth. She also finished sixth at Regionals. Cassandra won vault.

She continued competing level eight in 2009. She finished third at the Delta Classic. She won floor at the Golden Gate Invitational. Cassandra won vault and floor at the Wine Country Classic. She won floor at the AOGC Invitational. She won vault and floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed seventh all-around. She moved up to level nine in 2010. She finished third at the Roseville Invitational, Delta Classic and Wine Country Classic. Cassandra placed in the top ten at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished second on beam and fourth all-around. Cassandra finished 17th all-around at Westerns. Cassandra moved up to level ten in 2011. She finished fifth all-around at the Red Heart 10.0 Invitational. She won vault, beam and floor at the Clovis Classic. Her season was cut short due to a knee injury.
