Kaitlin Rahon was born on February 22, 1996. She trains at Kips School of Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2003, Kaitlin competed level five. She competed at the State Championships. She moved up to level six for the fall 2004 season. She immediately began competing level seven in 2050. She won beam at the State Championships. Kaitlin competed level eight in 2006. She finished third on beam at the San Diego Classic. At the State Championships, she finished in the top ten all-around. Kaitlin placed second on beam and fifth all-around at Regionals. In 2007, she finished first on vault and the all-around at the Golden State Friendship Challenge. She finished second all-around and first on vault at the State Championships. Kaitlin won vault at Regionals. She placed fourth all-around.

Kaitlin began competing level nine in 2008. She finished second all-around at the Hardrock Invitational. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the Golden State Friendship Challenge. She won floor and the all-around at the American Kids Cup. Kaitlin won beam and floor at the State Championships where she also placed second all-around. At Regionals, she placed second on floor and tenth all-around. Kaitlin competed at Westerns. In 2009, Kaitlin won beam at the Long Beach Open. She won the all-around title at the Heart of a Champion Invitational. At the Glider Invitational, she finished first on bars. Kaitlin placed second on vault and beam at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished third all-around. Kaitlin finished 14th all-around.

After missing the 2010 competition season, Kaitlin returned to competition in 2011 as a level ten. She finished third on beam and sixth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished eighth all-around. Kaitlin finished 27th all-around at JO Nationals.
