Emiley Reed was born on January 8, 1994. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2007, Emiley competed level seven. While training with Shooting Stars Gymnastics, she placed first on bars, floor and the all-around. She finished the season with KPAC. Emiley finished first on beam, third on bars and second all-around at the State Championships. She moved to The Gym Company for the 2008 season. She finished fourth on bars at the Level 8 State Championships. Emiley was the alternate for Regionals. In 2009, she competed with Everest Gymnastics. Emiley placed second all-around at the Hilton Head Island Invitational. She finished first on floor at the State Championships.

After moving to Florida, Emiley began training at ACE Gymnastics. She placed second on floor at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. Emiley finished third all-around at both the Sand Dollar Invitational and Daytona Beach Open. At the Gasparilla Classic, she won floor. Emiley placed second on vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She placed second on beam at Regionals. Emiley competed at Easterns.
