Victoria Reggiani was born on January 2, 1995. She trained at Exper-Tiess Gymnastics until April of 2010. She began training at Gold Medal Gymnastics Center in Rocky Point, New York in May of 2010. Victoria will graduate from Longwood High School in 2013. She maintains a 4.0 GPA in both AP and honors classes.

In 2005, Victoria won the all-around title at the New York State Championships as a level five. She finished second all-around in 2006 as a level six. She also competed level seven in 2006. Victoria moved up to level eight in 2007. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. She finished fourth all-around at Regionals. She competed at the Empire State Games, placing third on bars. Victoria moved up to level nine in 2008. She finished in the top ten at Regionals. In 2009, Victoria placed in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She finished sixth all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she finished tenth all-around. She placed sixth on bars.

Victoria began competing level ten during the 2009-2010 season. She placed in the top fifteen all-around at Regionals. In 2011, Victoria finished second all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She finished third all-around at the Long Island Classic. Victoria finished in the top fifteen all-around at the State Championships.
