Sarah Riedel was born on October 14, 1994. She trains at Rebounders in Maryland. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2003, Sarah competed level five. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2004. She placed third all-around at the State Championships. In 2005, Sarah competed level seven. She finished second all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2006. She competed at Regionals. In 2007, she won vault and beam at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.

Sarah began competing level nine in 2008. She finished third all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. She placed second on floor at the State Championships. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. In 2009, Sarah finished first all-around at the Star Struck Invitational. She finished second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam. Sarah competed at Easterns. She began competing level ten in 2010. She finished second all-around at the Capital Cup. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2011, Sarah finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.
