Jennifer Rochefort was born on March 3, 1994. She trained at Tucker Tucks until the summer of 2004. She then moved to Atlanta School of Gymnastics. Jennifer has trained at Georgia Gymnastics Academy since the summer of 2008. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2005, Jennifer competed level eight. She finished first on vault, beam and the all-around at the Gatlinburg Classic. She finished sixth all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. Jennifer continued competing level eight in 2006. She won vault and the all-around at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She finished sixth all-around at Regionals.

Jennifer moved up to level nine for the 2007 season. She finished fourth on beam at the Mardi Gras Invitational. She competed at the State and Regional Championships. In 2008, Jennifer placed second on vault and beam at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2009, Jennifer finished second on beam at the Flip Fest Invitational. She won beam at the San Diego Classic. At the Mardi Gras Invitational, she placed first all-around. Jennifer finished second all-around at the Atlanta Centennial Classic. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed first on beam and second all-around. She finished fourth on bars and beam at Easterns. She placed second all-around. Jennifer was a member of the Region 8 All-Star Team.

She moved up to level ten in 2010. She finished fourth on beam at the State Championships. At the Mardi Gras Invitational in 2011, she won beam. She finished first on bars, beam and the all-around at the Cloverleaf Invitational. She finished second all-around at the National Gymnastics Challenge. At the State Championships, her team become the Level 10 Georgia State Champions for the first time. At Regionals, she placed fourth on floor and eleventh all-around. She competed at the JO National Invitational Tournament where she placed tenth on beam. Jennifer opened the 2011-2012 season at the Optional Kick-Off meet in December. She placed first on bars, third on beam and second all-around! In January, she placed second on bars and beam at the Ozone Invitational. She finished first all-around. At the Atlanta Crown Invitational, she placed third on beam and the all-around. She finished first on bars and the all-around at the Tiger Paw Invitational. She placed in the top three on vault, beam and floor. She placed second on beam at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. She finished third all-around at the Cloverleaf Invitational. She won bars and beam. She finished first on bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. She also helped her team defend their state title. She finished fourth all-around at Regionals. She also placed third on bars.
