Ashley Rodenberger was born on July 17, 1993. She began gymnastics in 1999 with Powerline Gymnastics. She moved to Silvia's Gymnastics before the 2005 season. She will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2005, Ashley competed level seven. She won vault and bars at the Dutch Classic. She competed level nine in 2007. She placed third all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she won beam and the all-around. She placed third on floor. Ashley moved up to level ten in 2008. She won bars and finished second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, Ashley finished second on beam and eleventh all-around. In the fall, she won the South American Safari International.

Ashley continued competing level ten in 2009. She won the all-around at the Sivia Mitova Invitational. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the Capital Cup. Ashley also won bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam. She finished second all-around. Ashley placed seventh on bars and 34th all-around at JO Nationals. In November, she was diagnosed with avascular necrosis, a disease that causes bone to die and collapse due to a lack of blood supply. Ashley hopes to compete again in the near future.
