Chelcie Rosborough was born on January 13, 1993. She trained at Docksiders Gymnastics during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2011.

In 2002, Chelcie competed level five. She moved up to level six in 2003. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. Chelcie competed level seven in 2004. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. Chelcie began competing level eight in 2005. She placed third on floor at the Dutch Classic. In 2006, she finished third on floor at the State Championships. Chelcie moved up to level nine in 2007. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships.

Chelcie continued competing level nine in 2008. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. She was the alternate for Easterns. In 2009, Chelcie finished second all-around at the Sweetheart meet. She won the all-around title at the Malibu Coast Challenge. At the State Championships, she won the all-around title. Chelcie won vault, bars and the all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed second on vault and fourth all-around. She did not compete in 2010 due to an Achilles tear. In 2011, Chelcie competed level ten on beam only.
