Baely Rowe was born on September 24, 1995. She has trained at Auburn Gymnastics Center in Washington her whole career. She is coached by Brent Phelps and Peter Flores. Baely currently competes as a level ten. Baely's mom, Sheri, is a flight nurse and her dad, Scott, is a High School teacher. She has an older brother and sister and a black lab named PK. Baely also participates in track! She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2002, Baely competed as a level four. She won the state all-around, vault and beam titles. By 2004 she was competing as a level seven. Baely finished second on floor and third on bars at the Far West Invitational in California. At the Mystery Classic, she finished second all-around. Baely also won the bars title. She finished her season at the Washington Level 7 State Championships. Baely won beam and floor.

Baely jumped up to level nine in 2005. She finished third all-around at the Surf City Classic. Baely finished first on beam and fourth all-around at the Level 9 State Championships. She won the Regional all-around and vault titles! Baely ended her season at Westerns. She competed as a level nine again in 2006. She finished third all-around at the Flips USA Invitational and fourth all-around at the California Classic. She finished third all-around at States. Baely won beam. She defended her Regional all-around and vault crowns. Once again, Baely competed at Westerns.

After the level nine season, she qualified to hopes pre-elite. Baely competed at the US Challenge in July. She moved up to level ten for the 2007 season. She finished second on beam at States. At Regionals, Baely finished third all-around and first on vault. She qualified for the JO National Championships. Baely again qualified for the US Challenge. Baely continued competing as a level ten in 2008. She finished third all-around at States. At Regionals, Baely won beam. She finished in the top seven and qualified to her second JO National Championships.

Baely had her best season yet in 2009. She finished third on vault and second on beam at the Mac Open. At the Byers Invitational, she won a bronze on floor. She won vault at States. She placed third all-around. At Regionals, she won vault, bars, floor and the all-around. At JO Nationals, she finished second on bars and floor. She placed third all-around, earning a spot on the JO National Team. She competed as a junior pre-elite at the US Challenge, placing second on vault. In 2010, Baely won the all-around at the National Judges Cup. She also won the All American Invitational. At Regionals, she won vault, beam, floor and the all-around. Baely placed ninth all-around at JO Nationals. She won uneven bars. In 2011, Baely finished first all-around at the Battle in Seattle, Crystal Cup and MAC Open. She placed second all-around at the Byers Invitational. She won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the March Madness meet. At the State Championships, she placed first on vault, bars, floor and the all-around. Baely won all five gold medals at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fourth on vault and seventh all-around.
