Rachel Phillips was born on August 27, 1996. She trains at WOGA. She will graduate from high school in 2014.
In 2007, Rachel competed level six. She won bars at the District Championships. She placed second on floor and in the all-around. At the North State Championships, she won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. She ended her season by winning bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. Rachel won the all-around at the 2008 WOGA Classic as a level six. She competed one meet as a level seven in 2009, winning bars at the Metroplex Challenge.
Rachel competed level nine in 2008. She finished second all-around at the Houston National Invitational. At the Rose City Classic, she finished fourth all-around. Rachel finished in the top twenty at States, qualifying for Regionals. She moved up to level nine for the 2010 season. Rachel finished in the top ten at the Metroplex Challenge and Pikes Peak Cup. She missed the remainder of the season due to a back injury. In 2011, she finished third on beam and floor at the WOGA Classic.
