Rachel Schick was born on April 5, 1995. She trained at Precision Gymnastics through the 2005 season. She then moved to Charter Oak Gliders. In the fall of 2009, Rachel began training at West Coast Elite. She returned to Gliders in January 2012. Rachel will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2004, Rachel competed level five. She won vault at the State Team Championships. In 2005, Rachel won vault and floor at the San Diego Classic. Rachel competed level seven in 2006. She finished second all-around at the Flips USA Invitational. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the San Diego Classic. Rachel finished first on floor at the Long Beach Open. At the California Classic, she placed third all-around. Rachel finished second all-around at the State Championships. In the fall, she made the National TOPs Team.

Rachel competed level eight in 2007. She finished first on floor at the Golden State Friendship Challenge. At the Top Flight Invite, she won bars. Rachel finished first on floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She placed third on floor and fifth all-around at Regionals. Rachel competed level nine in 2008. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the California Classic. She finished first on beam, floor and the all-around at the Heart of a Champion Invitational. At the State Championships, Rachel won floor. She won the all-around title at Regionals! At Westerns, Rachel placed ninth on vault, eighth on bars, first on beam, second on floor and in the all-around.

Rachel began competing level ten in 2009. She finished second all-around at the Long Beach Open. She placed third on vault and bars at the Glider Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished tenth all-around. In 2010, Rachel finished first on floor and the all-around at the California Classic. She finished fourth all-around and first on vault at the State Championships. At Regionals, Rachel placed second on vault. Rachel finished first on floor at the 2011 San Diego Classic. She won vault at the WOGA Classic. At the State Championships, she placed first on beam and second all-around. Rachel finished fourth all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fifth on vault and eighth on bars. She finished eleventh all-around.
