Rylee Trotter was born on March 13, 1998. She trains at WOGA. She will graduate from high school in 2016.

In 2005, Rylee competed level four. She finished in the top ten at the District Championships. She moved up to level five in 2006. She finished first on vault at the Judges Cup. Rylee placed third on beam and fourth all-around at the District Championships. She finished third on floor at the North State Championships. Rylee competed level six in 2007. She won vault at the Rising Stars Invitational. She finished second on vault at the District Championships. Rylee placed second on vault and beam at the North State Championships. At the State Championships, she finished first on bars, floor and the all-around.

Rylee competed level seven in 2009. She won vault and floor at the WOGA Classic. She finished fourth all-around at the Metroplex Challenge. Rylee won the all-around at the Great West Gym Fest. She finished third on beam at the North State Championships. At the State Championships, she won beam and the all-around! Rylee moved up to level eight in 2010. She won vault at the Metroplex Challenge. She finished first on vault, floor and the all-around at both the WOGA Classic and Pikes Peak Cup. Rylee won vault, beam and floor at the Houston National Invitational. At the State Championships, she won bars and the all-around. Rylee won beam and the all-around at Regionals. She finished in the top three on every event as well.
